EY Law Office is a law firm that provides qualified legal advice and litigation services to its clients. As founder Att. Emel Yılmaz Özbay worked in Banks for almost 20 years which are the finance sector’s leaders and expertised in the areas such as; Banking and Finance Law, Contract Law, Labor and Social Security Law, Project Finance, M&A, Corporate Law and Commercial  Law, Competition Law, Execution and Bankruptcy Law.
